By means of this revision, an order passed at the appellate stage, has been impugned.
The revision is, therefore, not maintainable in view of the Full Bench decision of this Court in Jupiter Chit Funds vs. Dwarka Diesh & Ors. :AIR 1979 ALL 218 which holds that any order passed at the appellate stage is not revisable under Section 115 as applicable in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
The revision is, therefore, dismissed as not maintainable.
