The present revision has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 4.7.2007 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No. 4, Saharanpur in Sessions Trial No. 562 of 2004 (State Vs. Dhan Prakash and others) and punish the accused persons in accordance with law.
I have gone through the record as well as impugned judgment and order dated 4.7.2007 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No. 4, Saharanpur. There is no illegality or perversity in the impugned judgment and order. The revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
