The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No.1588 of 2016 (T201602323091588) (Ram Dhani vs.
Dr. S.S. Nehru Inter College, Hata, Allahabad) filed under Section 38(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.1588 of 2016 (T201602323091588) shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
