The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. T-201802630901296 (Ganga Prasad and others vs. Ram Das) under Section 161 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No. T- 201802630901296 shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
