Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vijay Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents No.1.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not to be issued to the private respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the Revision No.44/46/2006 (Ali Hasan & others Vs. Vashir and others), filed by private respondents under Section 48 U.P. C.H. Act expeditiously within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.1/Deputy Director of Consolidation, Deoria to consider and decide the aforesaid revision in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, except upon payment of cost.
