The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the demarcation suit being Case No.28 of 2007 under section 29/41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Sub- Divisional Officer, Muhammadabad, District Ghazipur be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.28 of 2007 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
