The petitioner being aggrieved by provisional assessment notice dated 25.9.2021 issued by respondent no.2 under Section 126 of the Electricity Act, 2003, has preferred the instant writ petition.
The sole submission is that the objection of the petitioner against the said notice has not been decided so far.
Learned counsel for the respondent Corporation states that in case final assessment order has not been passed till date, the respondent Corporation will decide the objection.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by providing that in case final assessment order has yet not been passed, the third respondent shall take into consideration the objections filed by the petitioner before passing the final assessment order.
