Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Since the record reveals that the recovery certificate was issue as far back as on 3 January 2007, this Court finds no ground to entertain the writ petition, which shall consequently stand dismissed.
This order however shall not preclude the petitioner from approaching the concerned bank for redressal of grievances and grant of appropriate relief.
