1. Heard Sri C.B. Yadav, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Diwakar Singh, learned Counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
2. Writ petition has been filed against an interlocutory order / report wherein Tehsildar Sadar, Ballia submitted report dated 11.01.2019 to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Ballia giving his finding in respect to status of certain persons on certain land and request has been made to the Competent Authority to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
3. The aforesaid report by itself has not created or deprived any right to petitioner since it is only a report submitted by concerned Authority with request to Competent Authority to take action in accordance with law.
4. It is admitted that no action has been taken by Authorities concerned pursuant to aforesaid report and no such order is under challenge. Therefore, this writ petition is premature and dismissed accordingly.
