Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the Learned concerned court below to decide the Restoration Application dated 20.04.2018 in Case No. 312 of 2006 Under Section 34 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act (Ram Achal Vs Ram Asrey) pending before Respondent No. 2 within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner is aggrieved as against the mutation order passed in his favour, a restoration application has been filed by the opposite party, which is pending consideration since the year 2018.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the restoration application case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
