This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners who are claiming themselves to be landless villagers and as such entitled for allottment of Patta seeking reliefs to allot Patta on a specified land. Petitioners are further aggrieved that their names were not proposed by the Gaon Sabha though document of proof is not annexed along with the writ petition.
In view of the above, though no relief a prayed could be granted by this Court, however, the Gaon Sabha is directed to consider the case of the petitioners as and when there is a proposal for allottment of Patta in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
This order is passed in the presence of Pradeep Singh, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.
