The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is being dispossessed from the land which was allotted to him by way of patta.

If that is the case, the petitioner may take recourse to the provisions of Section 129 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
