1. Heard Shri Gopal Swaroop Chaturvedi, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Shri Anil Kumar Bajpai, learned counsel for petitioners and learned AGA for State.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing First Information Report dated 20.6.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 0602 of 2018, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 506 IPC, Police Station Masoori, District Ghaziabad.
3. Two supplementary affidavits have been filed. We are not satisfied that any averments made therein ex-facie demonstrate that the allegations contained in the FIR are not correct. Moreover, in respect to Mohit Sharma certain averments have been made in paragraph 6 to 12 of second supplementary affidavit, which are sworn forged on the basis of record or on information received, hence not credible and on this basis first information report cannot be set aside. Prima facie, offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 506 IPC is made out. Therefore, we do not find any manifest error in first information report. Writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
