This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 18.9.2021 by which the petitioner's licence to run the Fair Price Shop has been suspended and the shop had been attached to a neighboring Fair Price Shop.
The petitioner may participate in the enquiry.
Under such circumstance, no interference is warranted at this stage and the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
If the petitioner replies to the notices within a period of two weeks from today then the same shall be considered in the enquiry.
