Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents No.1.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not to be issued to the private respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondent no.1/Deputy Director of Consolidation (D.D.C.), Jaunpur, to decide the Revision bearing no.2590/19.20 filed on 26.11.1980, under Section 48 C. H. Act (Manhgoo and others Vs. Gaya Deen and another) expeditiously within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.1/Deputy Director of Consolidation (D.D.C.), Jaunpur to consider and decide the aforesaid revision in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, except upon payment of cost.
