Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
By means of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:
(i) issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the complaint dated 19.12.2018 made against the respondent no. 3, pending before him (Annexure No. 2) within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
It transpires from the record that the matter is pending since 11.03.2019 on account of non furnishing of the original documents by the 3rd respondent and now 31.05.2019 has been fixed.
The claim of the petitioner is that he has been a duly enrolled member of the Society and that has been got converted into a Trust and got registered under the Societies Registration Act.
In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to decide the objection of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is disposed of.
