List revised. Nobody is present on behalf of applicant. Sri M. C. Chaturvedi, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel, appears for the opposite parties.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 18.04.2011 passed in Writ C No.50051 of 2007 (Rakesh Doneria Vs. State of U.P. and others).
An affidavit of compliance was filed by the opposite party. It is stated in para 10 of the affidavit of compliance that Committee suggested Rakesh Doneria to give in writing those points which according to him have not been complied with, however, applicant Rakesh Doneria frankly stated that the order dated 18.04.2011 of the writ Court has been complied with and almost the points raised by him in his representation dated 22.07.2019 (the representation earlier made on 29.11.2018 was already decided and compliance order dated 14.1.2019 was already submitted before this Court).
Since order has already been complied with therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
