Undisputedly the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of preferring a revision against the order impugned in terms of Rule 13 of the 1999 Rules.
Consequently, this Court refuses to entertain the writ petition at this stage granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Revisional Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Rules.
It is further observed that in case the revision is preferred within a period of two weeks from today, the Revisional Authority shall endeavour to dispose of the same in accordance with law and in any case within a period of two months therefrom.
