Today when the matter is called out, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present.
Learned APP submits that, with regard to the grievances raised by the petitioner, a thorough investigation was carried out and the then District Superintendent of Police, Ahmedabad (Rural), Ahmedabad, submitted a report and an affidavit was filed on 6.9.2011 and, so far as the allegation against respondent No.3 is concerned, it was found to be baseless and without merit.
If no representation is made on behalf of the petitioner on the next date, appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law.
