The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.385 of 2015 within a specified time frame.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that on 10.4.2019, the trial court directed the plaintiff to take steps to serve defendants 1, 3 and 5.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates, soon after all the defendants are duly served.
