The present writ petition is directed against the notice dated 29.01.2021 which had been issued under Section 26 (A)(4) of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners had submitted reply to the said notice but no final order has been communicated to the petitioners.
Sri D.S. Chauhan learned Advocate appearing for the respondent- Development Authority submits that the final order of demolition had been passed against each of the petitioners herein on different dates in February, 2021. The orders of demolition can be challenged by way of appeal under the Act, 1973.
There is no challenge to the demolition order, we do not find any good ground to entertain the writ petition to challenge the notice.
