The petitioners claim that they were appointed by the Principal of a minority institution on Class-IV post on daily wage basis. By means of this writ petition the petitioners are claiming regularization.
No provision has been shown under which such a regularization can be made under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921.
It is submitted that the petitioners have been paid salary from the resources of the Committee of Management.
If the petitioners have any grievance, they have to approach the Committee of Management. No direction can be issued to regularize the petitioners.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
