Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents 1 to 4; and perused the record.
The prayer in this petition is to reconsider the bid of the petitioner firm.
It appears that the petitioner's bid was not accepted on account of technical defect as the petitioner while submitting the tender documents had not enclosed copy of the duly renewed Drug Retail Licence though had disclosed that he had applied for renewal.
The order not accepting the technical bid has not been specifically challenged and from the averments made in paragraph 16 of the petition it appears that the bid of the respondent no.5 has been accepted, which has also not been challenged in this petition.
Under the circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The petition is dismissed.
