|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 40
Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 9683 of 2019 Petitioner :- Rajpoot Enterprises And Another Respondent :- Civi L Judge (J.D.) Etawah And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Puneet Bhadauria
Hon'ble Siddhartha Varma,J.
The petitioners have filed the instant petition on account of the fact that no order had been passed on the application for temporary injunction which accompanied the suit. It is the grievance of the petitioners that if no order is passed on the temporary injunction application, then the recovery which had been issued against the petitioners would be enforced against them.
Under such circumstances, it is directed that the Civil Court may pass orders on the temporary injunction application within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
Order Date :- 17.12.2019 GS (Siddhartha Varma, J.)
