Patel, learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks time to produce on record the Resolution dated 4.8.2010 on which he has placed reliance by way of producing judgment of this Court delivered in Special Civil Application No.14957 of 2010 and allied matters. Ms. Jirga Jhaveri, learned Assistant Government Pleader is also directed to inquire about the statement made by learned Assistant Government Pleader in the said matter about withdrawal of the Resolution dated 4.8.2010.
