This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to FIR dated 28.7.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 330 of 2018, under Sections 147, 149, 304 IPC, Police Station Jareef Nagar, District Budaun.
Record shows that the petitioner is neither been named in the FIR nor there is any averment in the writ petition disclosing the basis on which he is apprehending his arrest during investigation of the aforesaid case.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
