Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ajeet Ray, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the courts below to decide Complaint Case No. 34 of 2016, under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3 (1)(10) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Barsethi, District Jaunpur within a definite period.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the courts below to decide the aforesaid complaint Case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
