1. Heard Sri Shiv Shankar Shukla, learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. for State-respondents.
2. Present writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 19.06.2018 lodged against the petitioner and registered as Case Crime No. 0194 of 2018 under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 506 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Koraon, District Allahabad.
3. Learned A.G.A. states that police has submitted charge sheet.
4. Since Police has submitted charge sheet, petitioner has now remedy before Magistrate concerned. Hence this Court has nothing to do further in the matter.
5. Dismissed accordingly.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
