Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Up Zila Adhikari Hathras, District-Hathras to conclude the proceeding of Appeal No.18 of 2014 Smt. Rajjo Devi vs. Ravi Kumar & others, under section 210 Land Revenue Act, within stipulated period so that the justice may be done; otherwise the appellant/petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."
The petitioner is aggrieved on account of pendency of an appeal directed against the mutation order passed in favour of the petitioner. This appeal has been filed in the year 2014.
In case the Lower Court record has been received and the appeal is otherwise ripe for hearing, it is expected that the same shall be decided expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before the respondent no. 6.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
