These Judges' Summons dated 07.07.2012 have been preferred by the applicant-Company along with an affidavit in support of the prayers made therein.
Mr.Harshadray A. Dave, learned advocate for the applicant submits that insofar as Prayer-(B) made by the applicant is concerned, whereby it is prayed that directions be issued to the respondents to handover the peaceful and vacant possession of the land in question, an application for transfer of the proceedings from this Court, has been filed by the applicant before the Apex Court, which is pending. On this ground, the learned advocate for the applicant, seeks adjournment.
Considering the above, the matter is adjourned to 08.10.2012.
