Learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Chief Standing Counsel for State are present. No one appears for the respondent nos. 3 and 4.
The writ petition has been filed to seek a direction of the respondents to remove the garbage from Khattaghar Mohalla Jalesar Road and fields near Naini Glass Industries, Firozabad.
It is stated that garbage is still exist and thereby even during pendency of the public interest litigation, no action has been taken by the Nagar Nigam, Firozabad.
No one appears on behalf of Nagar Nigam, Firozabad despite the case was called in revise list.
We find prayer to the writ petition to be genuine, if the garbage exist in the Khattaghar Mohalla Jalesar Roa and accordingly, we direct the respondents to remove the garbage and maintain the area properly, if the garbage has not been removed as yet. In case, the garbage exist it would be removed within a month form the date of production of a certified copy of this order and area would be maintain to keep it clean.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
