Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the court below be directed to decide O.S. No. 1001 of 2012 (Mohd. Rashid vs. Rasheed and others) within stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the court below to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
