JUDGMENT / ORDER

Having considered the submissions advanced by Mr. Baghel, Ld. Advocate for the applicant, so also by Mr. Pandya, Ld. APP for the respondent - State and the medical certificate produced by the applicant, it transpires that the wife of the applicant is hospitalized for fracture injury. Mr. Baghel further submitted that two minor daughters of the applicant - accused are required to be admitted for better education. Mr. Baghel submitted that in past, the applicant was released on temporary bail by the trial Court and he surrendered in time.
2. In above view of the matter, the application is partly allowed and the applicant - accused is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 2 [two] weeks from the date of his actual release, on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the concerned jail authority, on the condition that during the period of his temporary bail, he shall maintain law and order and shall not misuse his liberty and upon completion of the period of his temporary bail, he shall surrender before the concerned jail authority. Rule is partly made absolute. DSP.
