By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for restoration of main Appeal, which was dismissed for default by this Court on 13.4.2011 due to non-removal of office objection.
Learned advocate Mr. Joshi submits that office objection will be removed within one week. He prays for restoration of the main Appeal.

Considering the circumstances narrated in the application and submissions made by the parties, the main Appeal is hereby restored on the condition that the applicant will remove office objection within one week from today and if he fails to remove office objection, in that event, the applicant will not be permitted to file any further fresh application for restoration.
