Heard learned advocate for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. Following aspects are considered :-
(i) The applicants are facing charges for offence punishable under Sections 379 and 114 of IPC;
(ii) Chargesheet is filed;
(iii)co-accused are admitted to bail.
3. Considering the above aspects, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is allowed. The applicants are ordered to be released on bail in connection with Crime Register No. I-253 of 2009 of Halol Police Station on their executing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court subject to such conditions which the lower Court may deem fit to impose.
4. Rule is made absolute.
5. Direct service is permitted.
