JUDGMENT / ORDER

The limited prayer made in the original petition when it was taken up for hearing today was that there may be a direction to dispose of Exts.P4 and P5 applications pending before the Munsiff Court, Mavelikkara in O.S.No.301/2014. 2. In the light of the order proposed to be passed in this original petition, it is felt that notice to the respondents is unnecessary.
3. The petitioner claims that the applications in O.S.No.301/2014 are for certain reliefs and in spite of several adjournments, the matter has not been heard. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Exts.P4 and P5 applications.
This original petition is disposed of with a direction to the Munsiff Court, Mavelikkara to take up the two Interlocutory Applications made mention of in the petition and dispose of them O.P.(C) No.2083/2014 2 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
