Heard Mr. Narendra Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
By means of the present application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for a direction to the court below, namely, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Mainpuri to expedite the hearing of the Complaint Case No. 1325 of 2013 (Rajendra Singh vs. Gyadeen & Others), under Sections 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station Kotwali Mainpuri, District Mainpuri.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned complaint case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
