The present crl. 482 Cr.P.C. application has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 23.6.2018 passed by Additional Session Judge, Court No. 18, Meerut in S.T. No. 72 of 2016 arising out of case crime no. 196 of 2014 under sections 363, 120-B I.P.C., police station Parikshitgarh, District Meerut rejecting the 319 Cr.P.C. application of the applicants.
I have gone through the 482 Cr.P.C. application along with the affidavit filed in support of this 482 Cr.P.C. application as well as the impugned order and the material brought on record, I am of the view that the impugned order does not suffer from any, illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error and is based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons. The learned trial court after noticing that there was no legally admissible evidence on record indicating at the complicity of the opposite party no. 2 in the commission of offence, rejected the application of the applicant before him, hence requires no interference by this Court.
The 482 Cr.P.C. application lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.
