This writ petition has been filed questioning the correctness of the judgment and decree of the trial court passed in Original Suit No. 2114 of 2012, which was filed seeking permanent injunction.
The petition is totally misconceived. The petitioner has a remedy of filing of appeal in terms of Section 19 of Civil Procedure Code.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
