The petitioner, who is defendant in Original Suit No. 333/2015, has filed the instant petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit, expeditiously, within a time stipulated by this Court.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on account of pendency of the suit, the petitioner is being unnecessarily harassed. It is urged that the suit be directed to be decided without granting unnecessary adjournments.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
