This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following relief:-
"a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 i.e. District Magistrate, Jaunpur, District Jaunpur to process and decide the last representation of the petitioner dated 2.7.2019 (Annexure no. 3 to the writ petition) by passing reasoned and speaking order within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
In substance, the petitioner is seeking a relief against the private parties (Respondents Nos. 4 to 8), who are allegedly causing interference in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over his land and restraining him from raising construction over the same.
In view of the above, we do not see any justification to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
