Heard Sri A.K. Malviya, learned counsel for the petitioiner, Sri Sahab Tiwari, Advocate holding brief of Sri Saurabh Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no. 1 and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under article 226 of the constitution, the petitioner has prayed for early disposal of mutation application submitted by him on 20th of August, 2019 which has come to be mentioned in the latest application dated 6.12.2019.
Learned counsel for the respondent states that he does not have objection in case direction is issued for the expeditious disposal of the pending application moved by the petitioner on 20th of August, 2019 before the Executive Officer of Nagar Palika Parishad, Etawah.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Etawah to dispose of the pending mutation application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
Needless to add that the order shall be reasoned and speaking one beside giving full opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
