Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 436 of 2001 instituted by the plaintiff-respondent against the petitioner within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that date is being fixed for disposal of various miscellaneous applications.
Counsel for the petitioner points out that even application for temporary injunction has not been decided so far.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
