Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the mutation case instituted in the year 2013 under Section 33/34 of the UP Land Revenue Act has not been disposed of, till date.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2, Tehsildar, Ballia, District Ballia to consider and decide the mutation case No. 4317 of 2013 under Section 33/34 of the UP Land Revenue Act (Rajendra vs. Om Narayan) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
