Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In pith and substance, the petitioners are asking that his representation dated 14.08.2017 addressed to the Principal Secretary, Basic Education U.P. Shashan, Lucknow, with regard to selection of petitioners on the post of Assistant Teacher in pursuance Advertisement dated 07.12.2012, may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case any such representation is pending, the same would be decided by the concerned authority.
In view of the above, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition, on consent, stands disposed of directing the Principal Secretary, Basic Education U.P. Shashan, Lucknow to look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
