JUDGMENT / ORDER

The revision petition is filed by the petitioner-husband against the order of interim maintenance to the wife and for litigation expenses. Even at the time of granting interim stay by this Court dated 27.01.2015, the petitioner-husband was directed to pay the interim maintenance to the respondent-wife, as ordered by the trial PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA.J srn Court. There is no representation for petitioner for the last two occasions and even today though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel. Though the respondent-wife was served with notice, there is no representation for the respondent either in person or through counsel. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
