The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial court to expedite the proceedings of Original Suit No.400 of 2009.
The suit has been filed by the petitioners and is pending since the year 2009. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that even issues have not been framed so far. This reflects a sorry state of affairs.
Consequently, the trial court is directed to proceed in the matter with a sense of expedition, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
