1. Heard learned counsel for applicant, and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 33 of 2015, under Sections 302 I.P.C., Police Station Quarsi, District Aligarh.
3. The applicant is named in the First Information Report and Informant, who is eye witness, has supported the F.I.R. version in the statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. and reason of death stated in F.I.R. is also corroborated by the medical report. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is, accordingly, dismissed.
