1. On being put a query, learned counsel for petitioner states that he feels sorry for not disclosing fact that accommodation in question is under tenancy. This amounts to concealment of fact and Court has taken serious note therefor.
2. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks apology and states that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition.
3. This Court concedes his request on his undertaking that in future he will not commit same mistake.
4. Dismissed as withdrawn.
