Heard Sri Dhananjay Rai, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Vibhu Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.2 & 3.
Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that there are 79 petitioners in the writ petition but learned counsel for the petitioners has not given address of any of the petitioners, and, therefore, in this circumstances, the petitioners are not identifiable.
On the aforesaid objection being raised by learned counsel for the respondents, Sri Dhananjay Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition be dismissed as not pressed with a liberty to the petitioner file fresh petition.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
